(“Applicant”) in connection with the application for Minor Site Plan Approval (the “Application”) for the above-referenced Property. This letter confirms that the Application will not be heard by the Zoning Board (the “Board”) at the October 10, 2024 meeting and will be carried to either the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board on November 21, 2024, or a scheduled Special Meeting with no further notice to the public necessary. When the Application is called, kindly note on the record accordingly. The Applicant consents to any extension of time required for the Board to hear and decide the Application. If at said time and place a quorum of the Board is not present, said matter shall be further continued to the next succeeding regularly scheduled meeting of said Board.
