PR #49: PLANNING BOARD RRSOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY ESSEX COUNTY COUNTRY oR CLUB, 350 MT. PLEASANT AVENUE, BLOCK 156, LOT 1 WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Town of West Orange, at its public meetings of November 7 and November 28, 1979, con- sidered the site plan application of Essex County Country Club for site plan approval for proposed additions to the club house and pro shop; and WHEREAS, the Planning Board finds that said application meets with all the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of West Orange and other pertinent Ordinances of the munici- pality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Board of the Town of West Orange, that it does hereby approve said site - plan submitted by Essex County Country Club, for property located at 350 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Block 156, Lot 1, subject, however, to . the following conditions: 1. Fire Department approval of specific items in their letter dated November 26, 1979, pertaining to fire lane, water main, proposed hydrant, existing hydrant, siamese connection and sprinklers. 2.
