To address questions at the first hearing regarding facility concerns, enclosed are photographs depicting the areas of the subject property bordering residential properties to the rear and the 80 Main Street office building property. Those photographs depict the small stream in this border area and a fence that includes rolled barbed wire on the top of most of the fence. As a condition of approval, the applicant will agree to replace any such wire that is in disrepair or has been removed over time. Please forward to the Board and its professionals.
