This application seeks approval of the proposed reconstruction of the existing driveway, walking path and valet parking area, as well as renovations to the main restaurant building. A Porte-Cochere and a Community Garden area accessory use are also proposed at the above-referenced Property which is situated in the B-2 Zone, all as further detailed on the enclosed site and architectural plan sets prepared by J. Michael Petry, PE, PP, AIA (the “Application”).
