Electric and Telephcne agree that said facilities shall be kept in proper condition and that when cither opens or disturbs the surface of said property they will, at their own expense, restore the surface of said property to substan- tially the same condition in which it was immediately prior thereto, Owner shall comply with the requirements of the National Electrical Code and the National Electrical Safety Code as applicable to clearances to any buildings or structures and agrees that no buildings or structures shall be erected over or under said
