No specific details regarding the anticipated structural loads to be supported by foundations, or proposed ground-level finished floor elevation (FFE) were provided to ECS. However, we anticipate the ground-level FFE for the new store building will be similar to current ground surface elevation and minimal cuts or fills, on the order of 1-foot or less, will be required for site development.
