Axp Wueazas, the said Llewellyn S. Haskell is also seized, in fee simple, of a certain other tract or parcel of land and preinises, situate, lying and being on the northerly side of the Eagle Rock Road. in the said township of Orange; the same being known under and by the name of “The Eagle Rock.” and containing forty acres of land, more or less. Awo Wueaess, Charles Harrison, of the said fownship of Orange, by a certain instrument in writing, bearing date on the first day of January, A. D. eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, for a cer- tain consideration therein mentioned, did covenant and grant to end with the ssid Llewellyn S.
