3K9 71960217 Shia Indenture, made this Twenty-cighth day of February, A. D. eighteen hundred and fifty- seven, Between Llewellyn S. Haskell and Mary Anna, his wife, of the township of Orange, in the county of Essex, and atate of New Jersey, of the first pact; and Augustus ©. Moore, of the township of Orange, in the county of Esex, Jersey; Thomas B. Merrick, of the city, county and state of New York; and Edwin C. Burt, of the city of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings, and state of New York; of the second part: Wrrnessertt: Wrarneas, the said Llewellyn S. Haskell is seized, in fee simple, of a certain tract of parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the said township of Orange, hereinafter particularly de- scribed, and faid down on a certain map, entitled “A Mar or Lieweuryy Pank, 1n Onance, Essex County, New Jeasey,” and filed in the office of the Clerk of the said County of Essex, on the day of the date hereof, to wit: (Description of Property} Ano Wuenras, the said Llewellyn S. Haskell + proposes to devote the ssid tract of parcel of land and premises, with its appurtenances, to the pus- poses of a private pleasure ground, under and by the name of Leewarryn Pann, which shall, a1 all times hereafter, be used and enjoyed by certain persons who are now, oc may hereafter become, the own- ers or occupanes of certain other lands and prem- ises in the said township of Orange, in the manner and upon the terms hereinafter presctibed.
