9K5715?60218 or parcels of land and premises situate, lying and being in the vicinity of the said Llewellyn Park, in the said township of Orange, within the follow- ing described limits, to wit: Valley Road, on the east; Perry Lane, an the west; the Eagle Rock Road, on the north; and che Newark sad Mount Pleasant Turnpike, on the sourh; sad containing about two hundred and seventy-five acres of land. Ano Wueneas, the ssid Liewellyn'S. Haskell is alwo seized, in fee simple, of 2 certain other tract or parcel of fand and premises, situate, lying and being on the northerly side of the Eagle Rock Road, in the said township of Orange; the same being known under and by the name of “The Lagle Rock,” and containing forty acres of land, more or fess, Ano Wreagas, Charles Harrison, of the said township of Orange, by & certain instrument in writing, bearing date om the first day of January, A. D. eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, for a cer- tain consideration therein mentioned, did covenant and grant to and with the ssid Liewelfyn S. Has- hell, hia heirs and assigns, that it should end tuight, forever thereafter, be lawful for him or them, or say or either of them, having the right to the use and enjoyment of the ssid Llewellyn Park, and for his and their retpective families, tenants, agents and servants, at his and theie will and pleasure, by day and by night, for all pur. poses whatsoever, and 2s well on foot as with hones, cattle and vehicles, ta pase and repata over ih the lands and premises of him, the ison, siutate, lying and being oa the east- erly side of the First Mountain, or “Eagle Ridge,” inv the said township of Orange, by the two ways of avenues, of fifty feet in width, hereinafter par- ticularly described, to wit: ‘The first, being a continuation of Mountain ave- nue, which passes through the said Llewellyn Park, and extending twenty-five feet on each side of a curved line to be drawn through the following points, that is ta say: Beginning on the north side ‘of said Haerison’s band, at a point distant seven feet and six inches (on a course of south sixty-six degrees forty-eight minutes ezst) from triangula- tion stake D in said Mountain avenue, and thence running south twenty-three degrees twelve minutes west one hundeed and seventy-cight feet thence south eight degrees twenty-six minutes west one hundred and thicty-cight feet and sixty
