Ano Tuat they, the said parties of the second part, their heirs ‘and assigns, ruccesors in these trusts, when thereunto requested in writing, by all the persons who, being the owners of che here- inbefore mentioned lands and premises, are now, or may hereafter become, entitled to the use and cnjoyment of the said Llewellyn Park, in manner aforesaid, shall and will scil and convey the whole of any part of the said Llewellyn Park, in fee simple, of for ony fess estate, and disteibute the proceeds of such sale or sales among the said ‘owners, in proportion to the quantity of the vid lands severally owned by them at the time of such sale or sales.
