Haskell, his heirs, executors o¢ administrators, any or all of the cemaining partion of the said lands and premises, shall be entitled to the use and enjoyment of the said Llewellyn Pack, and its appurtenances, in the manner aforesaid, only upos his, or their paying, at the outset, to the ‘said parties of the second part, their beirs and assigns, successors in these trusts, the sum of One Hundred

urtenances, in the manner aforesaid, only upos his, or their paying, at the outset, to the ‘said parties of the second part, their beirs and assigns, successors in these trusts, the sum of One Hundred Dollars for each and every acre of the said lands and premises so purchased, and, afterwards, of such annual taxes oc assessments as may be imposed in the manner and foe the purposes sforesaid and at the same rates for the fractional part of an acre; and also that, until the first one hundred and seventy-five acres of the said lands and premises shall have been 20 sold and conveyed, he, the said Llewellyn S.
