The Applicant has proposed wallpack type building mounted light fixtures; however, our office does not find these to be acceptable. Plans should be revised to provide a full cut- off fixture to reduce glare. Review and revise the plans to indicate isolux patterns and details, to include a scale and graph, for further review. Revise the ‘Area Light Foundation Detail’ on sheet 11 to indicate a concrete strength of 4,500 PSI. Currently, 4,000 PSI is indicated on the plans. Revise the plans to provide the catalog cuts for all proposed light poles and fixtures, for further review. Also, include ordering information for the proposed light pole.
