SITE PLAN APPLICATION § TTED B RRAY PANTIRER, ABRAHAM WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Township of West Orange, at its regular meeting held on February.5, 1986, considered an application for site plan approval, said hearing being a continued hearing from a special meeting on January 15, 1986, and previous dates when the Board considered the application, submitted by ' Murray Pantiret, Abraham Zuckerman, Isak Levenstein and Sam Leven- stein, herein after referred to as Normandie Estates, for property located on Herbert Terrace in. the Township of West Orange, known as Block 166, Lot 1, on the tax maps of the Township of West Orange, Cluster Zone; ‘and , . WHEREAS, the Planning Board considered numerous witnesses presented by the applicant through its attorney, Leonard Berkeley, and further considered the presentation of Anthony Sartori and other attorneys representing various objectors, and numerous tes- timony from adjoining property owners as reflected in the transcript of the proceedings, and the general public having been given the opportunity to be heard; the Planning Board made the following findings of fact: 1, The application conformed to all of the zoning ordinance requirements of the Township of West Orange.
