NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Board of the Township of West Orange, that’ the application for approvalinof a site plan, amended to December’ 19, 1985, submitted by Normandie Estates for property located on Herbert Terrace in the Township of West Orange, being known as Block 166, Lot 1, on the tax maps of the Township of West Orange, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Stop sign to be posted for the collector driveway at its intersection with Herbert Terrace, 2. Plantings in natural state buffer area to be approved by the Township Planner. @ 3. Additional plantings at the side of the collector driveway, as needed, to be approved by the Township Planner, - 4. Sewage disposal must be approved by the Town- ship Engineer's office, 5. Adequate water supply must be approved by the Township Engineer's Office and Fire Department. 6. Provision for fire protection be approved by { the Township Fire Department.
