I am an attorney-at-law duly licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and am an associate with the law firm of Wolff & Samson PC. as I represent Normandie Estates Condominium Association on behalf of Wolff & Samson PC in connection with its application to the Township of West Orange for Amended Site Plan Approval and Bulk Variances approval to allow a five foot extension of certain townhome decks located at the subject premises. The property upon which the proposed development is to be located is known on the Tax Assessment Map of the Township as Block 166.13, Lot 1, also known as Schindler Terrace. 3. Deponent states that she has provided notice of this application to all interested parties in the following manner: i. Notice of this meeting was published in The West Orange Chronicle on November 23, 2006; ii. Notice of this hearing, a copy of which is attached to this Affidavit, was forwarded by certified mail, return receipt requested, to all property owners within two hundred feet of the property, the Township of Livingston, the Essex County Planning Board, and to any agency entitled to notice according to law.
