BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE RESOLUTION 2B-91~-22 WHEREAS, SORAYA SANIEFARD AND JILLA BALAZADEH, have applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Orange, appealing the decision of the Administrative Officer pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-78 and in the alternative apply for a variance from the provisions of the Township of West Orange Zoning Ordinance for property commonly known as 516 Pleasant Valley Way, particularly described as Lot 11, Block 154.06 in a OB-1 Zone, seeking a use variance and site plan approval for a retail specialty clothing shop; and WHEREAS, on or about September, 1991 the Township Zoning Officer issued a summons determining that the utilization of a portion of the subject premises for retail clothing store constituted a separate unapproved use: and WHEREAS, all the facts and data contained in the documents in the Township Variance Applications, amendments thereto and transcripts of the public hearings held with respect to this application are incorporated herein as findings of fact of this Board as if set forth herein at length; and 1
