reasons exists in order to grant the variance sought by the applicant; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Adjustment has determined that the purposes of Municipal Land Use Law would be advance by a deviation from the Zoning Ordinance requirements and the benefits of the deviation would substantially outweigh any detriment; and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment on December 19, 1991 voted to approve the application of SORAYA BANIEFARD AND JILLA BALAZADEH, by a vote of 6 for approval and 1 against approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Orange on this 16TH day of January, 1992, that the application of SORAYA SANIEFARD AND JILLA BALAZADEH, appealing the decision of the Administrative Officer be denied and the application for a use variance and site plan approval be granted.
