Property: 104 Winding Way Block: 46.01 Lot: 33 Docket No.: ZB-24-17 Dear Chairperson Neuer and Members of the Board: As you are aware, this office represents the Applicant, Pardo Development Group, Inc., in connection with the property located at 104 Winding Way, Block 46.01, Lot 33. This matter is currently scheduled for a hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Due to the present agenda and anticipated testimony and/or comments that remain, Applicant does not expect to be able to complete their case within the amount of time available. Accordingly, we respectfully request that the application be adjourned to the Board’s February 19, 2026 meeting and that it be placed first on the agenda.
