Show all pagesThe impervious coverage is a relatively minor increase over the existing condition and runoff will be mitigated by the installation of drainage improvements. The parking supply is adequate to accommodate the demand associated with the proposed use as noted above. Negative Criteria The variance can be granted without substantial detriment to the public good and where it will not substantially impair the intent and the purposes of the zone plan and zoning ordinance. For the reasons noted above, there will be no substantial detriment or substantial impairment to the public good based on the limited deviations from the bulk standards for a two-family dwelling in the zone. Conclusions Based on a review of the Municipal Ordinance, the submitted documents and the area surrounding the subject property, it has been determined that the criteria for the granting of the requested variance relief have been met and that there is no substantial detriment to the public good or substantial impairment to the zone plan and zoning ordinance associated with the application.
