All responsibility and costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the stormwater management system including but not limited to the detention facilities is solely with the owner and/or his other designated managers, operators, contractors and maintenance personnel. The owner/maintainer is solely responsible for adhering to any supplier or manufacturer requirements and directions whether or not included in these documents. The owner/maintainer is also solely responsible for following all safety protocols including but not limited to the occupational safety and hazard act whether or not included in this document.
