The site plan itself complies with the scale requirement, however, the tax map and aerial of the property need to be at a scale of 100 feet = 1 inch in order to make the tax map and aerial appropriately sized for the plans. Section 25-51.7.1.a.13 Soil survey data indicating soil type, general constraints and depth to bedrock. To the extent not provided in Appendix E Geotechnical Report attached to the Stormwater Management Report, dated October 22, 2025, and prepared by Anthony Facchino, P.E., PLS of Jarmel Kizel, a waiver is requested. Section 25-51.7.1.c.10 Environmental Impact Study The site is already developed and very little of the undeveloped land on the site will be affected by the proposed development. To the extent that an Environmental Impact Study is required, a wavier is requested for same. Section 25-29.10c2 Environmental Analysis Waiver is requested. Section 25-29.14 Stormwater Permit Application Applicant requests that this be provided as a condition of approval.
