Prior Resolutions of Approval submission

Township subject to the approval of the Township engineer for maintenance of the entire site, and most crucially, storm water management in the future, and requirement that any soil brought onto the Subject Property be properly checked to make sure it is appropriate for use. Based on the testimony and documents admitted into evidence during the course of the hearings, Seton Hall has complied with the Township's ordinances concerning the Environmental Impact Statement and Tree Removal. The Board's decision is without prejudice to the action against Seton Hall pending in the West Orange Municipal Court.
