3. A “C” variance for two (2) free standing signs which have been revised for size and color. 4. Amended final site plan approval subject to the conditions and provisions stated below. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant of said variances and preliminary and final site plan approval shall be conditioned upon the Applicant’s full and complete satisfaction of the following conditions: 1. All conditions of the prior approvals as set forth in the initial approval dated December 16, 2010, as amended by Resolution 2ZB-08-37 dated January 17, 2013, as further amended by Resolution ZB-15-03 dated April 16, 2015, with the exception of 1, 6-13, 17, 19, 21, 25, 28, 30, 31a, 31d, 31£-31m, 43, 44, 50-52 and 60, which are moot. 2. All conditions stated in the Memorandum of Bowman Consulting dated July 14, 2016, attached hereto and made part of this Resolution, are to be complied with by the Applicant. 3. The Applicant will revise the existing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual for the water quality facility, deleting the rain garden and adding the manufactured treatment device.
