2955 26 Amend Ch 25 Sect 475 Organization Land Use Board Chair and Vice Chair Final

§ 25-47.5 Organization 1. Section 25-47.5(a) of the Township Code is revised to reflect the following: a. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall elect a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson from its members. Each shall serve in such capacity for one year, dated from January 1 of the calendar year in which elected. Section 3. If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision(s) or application(s) and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4.
