The original application included 23 spaces in tandem. 2. The upper-level parking area includes 71 spaces, down from 77, and the ramp parking area with 15 spaces, down from 16. c. The ground floor changes are as follows: i. The commercial space is 1,250 square feet, expanded from the previous proposal by 50 square feet.
