Traffic Impact Study Proposed Automotive Service and Retail Center – West Orange, NJ Prospect Avenue (CR 577) and Blueberry Bend Driveway The Blueberry Bend driveway intersects Prospect Avenue to form an unsignalized T-intersection with the westbound approach of the driveway operating under stop control. The northbound approach of Prospect Avenue provides one dedicated through lane and one shared through/right turn lane, while the southbound approach provides one shared left turn/through lane and two dedicated through lanes. The westbound approach of the Blueberry Bend driveway provides one shared lane for all turning movements. A review of the existing analysis reveals that the individual intersection movements operate at levels of service “B” or better during the analyzed peak periods. See Table 3 for the individual movement levels of service and delays.
