As recommended in our March 25, 2026 review letter, an oak tree should be provided at the northeast corner of the site in maintain the same quantity of street trees. In addition, the oaks should be in the white oak family due to bacterial leaf scorch (BLS). E. LIGHTING COMMENTS 1. The plans have been revised to propose timers for the light fixtures. The proposed hours of operation for the lights should be indicated on the plans. Our office recommends that light levels be reduced or turned off 1 hour after the close of work to reduce light pollution.
