Applicant must obtain approvals from New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Soil Conservation Service, and the Essex County Planning Board and submit evidence thercof to the Township Planner. Applicant shall contribute to its fair share of off tract sewer improvements as established by Ordinance No. 1328-95 for the South Mountain Relief Sewer in the amount of $862.50 per bedroom and the Vitro Pump Station in the amount of $112.50 per bedroom. ll
