PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: As an owner of property within two hundred (200) feet of the property listed herein below, you are hereby being given notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday June 18, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Orange (the “Board”), with such meeting being held virtually (hyperlink available on the official website of the Board — https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82045033654?pwd=eLqD3aLssXxBWM3E0hSe6cax25jf5a.1 (Webinar ID: 820 4503 3654, Passcode: 357767, Dial in: 646 931 3860) or by request from the Board Secretary by emailing ZoningBoard@westorange.org or dchandler@westorange.org), to consider applications (the “Applications”) by 81 Northfield Avenue Realty Associates, LLC (the “Applicant”) for issuance of a “d(1)” use variance, along with any and all other variances or approvals deemed necessary by the Board, to permit the overnight parking of medical transport vehicles belonging to a tenant business in the on-site parking lot of the property located at 81 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey, also known as Block 71.01, Lot 43 on the Township Tax Map (the “Property”). This notice is being sent to you by the Applicant by order of the Township of West Orange Zoning Board of Adjustment. As noted above, the public hearing will be held by online/virtual means and telephonically only. During the public hearing, any interested party will have an opportunity to listen to and, if participating online, view the hearing in its entirety, be heard (ask questions, provide comments or offer evidence), personally or by attorney, by either (a) participating online or (b) participating telephonically.
