The hearing on this application is scheduled to continue on September 9, 2026. I appeared ready to proceed at the Board’s hearings scheduled for this application on June 10, 2026, July 1, 2026 and August 12, 2026. During the Board’s August 12, 2026 meeting, this matter was adjourned to September 9, 2026. Despite raising my virtual hand to get the attention of the Board during the rescheduling, I was not recognized. At that time, I attempted to inform the Board that one of my clients’ proposed witnesses, Michael J. Pessolano, PP, will not be available on September 9, 2026 due to a prior obligation to appear before the Park Ridge Planning Board that night. Therefore, I will be prepared to present my other witnesses on September 9, 2026. If the proceedings reach the point in our case for Mr. Pessolano’s testimony, I will be asking the Board for a new date on which to present his testimony.
