In addition, we also enclosed the following materials in support of the application: • Twenty (20) sets engineering plans prepared by J. Michael Petry, P.E. of Petry Engineering, LLC dated September 22, 2021 with a latest revision date of October 20, 2021; • Twenty (20) sets of architectural plans prepared by Charles L. Baldanza, R.A. of Baldanza Design + Build, LLC dated September 30, 2021; • Twenty (20) copies of a Proposal detailing the additions requested dated October 21, 2021; • Twenty (20) copies of a Business Entity Disclosure for applicant and property owning entity 19 Wheatland Development, LLC; • Twenty (20) copies of a certification indicating that the taxes and municipal charges are current; • Twenty (20) copies of a certified list of property owners within 200 feet of the subject property in the Township of West Orange created on October 25, 2021; and • One (1) copy of a Fee Explanation form calculating the required application and escrow fee. Also enclosed is a check made payable to the “Township of West Orange” in the amount of $125 for the required municipal application fee.
