Dear Mr. Lepore: Paulus Sokolowski and Sartor, LLC (PS&S) is pleased to submit this proposal to provide professional engineering services to the Township of West Orange for the design, permitting, bid review, and construction management services for the installation of three new outdoor natural gas emergency power generators at Municipal Building (66 Main Street), Fire Station No. 2 (84 Washington Street), and Fire Station No. 3 (93 Ridgeway Ave) within the Township of West Orange, NJ. 1.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES As part of this project, PS&S proposes to provide the following professional engineering services: Design, plans, specifications, and_bid documents for the three emergency power generators at Municipal Building, Fire Station No. 2, and Fire Station No. 3: A. Review of the NJDEM Application B. Review of the NJ OEM Grant requirements C. Review and verification of emergency power generation sizes including power, voltage, and phases requirements for each building. D. Design and specification for each generator including a partial site plan at each location.
