Key Personnel A key attribute that characterizes Musial Group projects is the continuity of staffing. As such, all Musial Group team members will be involved from the project inception through commissioning, ‘This ensures no knowledge ot insight is lost in translation while also maintaining an efficient workflow and the degree to which synergies and efficiencies are found and the ability to maintain a holistic view of the project is contingent on this attribute. Our management system includes staffing and time analysis techniques to assist the project manager in monitoring the job progress. We utilize Microsoft Project software to schedule and allocate staff in addition to preparing and monitoring the design and construction schedules. Weekly staff meetings establish priorities and maintain a high quality service while also providing a venue for the formal exchange of ideas and concepts, This has resulted ina extensive list of satisfied clients whose projects were completed on time and within budget. At project milestones, and concurrent with the progression of the design team’ efforts, internal reviews of consistency and accuracy are conducted by project architects and engineers not associated with the project. Additionally, in-house charrettes provide opportunities for peer-review, which offer objective criticism and perspective. Through a measured and analytical approach, our investigations have produced successfull projects that promote the values and aspirations of our clients while being mindful of pragmatic and specialized issues that each project presents.
