Executive Summary 1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY We thank the Township of West Orange for the opportunity to submit a proposal for Architectural Design Services for the Public Library. We have thoroughly reviewed the REP document to provide the Township with a well-considered proposal of our services. Our expertise in the design of educational facilities affords us the necessary knowledge and understanding for a programming study, exterior and interior renovation or a new facility design. Many of our recent projects were renovations that required us to maintain operations during construction, so we feel we are well versed in phasing the project to purposefully minimize distractions for the public. PROJECT TEAM DESCRIPTION Founded in 1976, the firm provides architectural and engineering services to a variety of public and private sector clients throughout the State of New Jersey. Our firm has 42 years of experience in the design of public facilities and our office in Mountainside, NJ is conveniently located within 30 minutes of the Township of West Orange. This allows us to accommodate any and all meetings, conferences, training and quick response during the course of the project design and construction. Noel S. Musial, A.LA., PP, NCARB, President of The Musial Group, closely monitors each project to ensure that the integrity of budget and scheduling is maintained.
