Registration fees for this program went towards medical supplies, disinfectants for wrestling mats, general exercise and training camp as well as compensation for high school students on staff as counselors/mentors. Program fee is determined by number of sessions offered by the program. As many participants do not have their own equipment, proceeds from registration goes towards purchasing or replacing the necessary equipment so anyone who registers may participate. Funds are also used to pay high school students on staff as counselors/mentors. The registration fee for this program is dedicated to the uniform provided to each cheerleader and to the cheerleading coaching staff, which consiststs of a qualified adult and high school support staff. Due to declining enrollment and shortened 2021 season, the fee was lowered from previous years. The Cross Country program was relaunched in 2018. The registration fee goes towards the league entry fee, uniforms, procurement of materials needed for the program as well as our assigned home meet where West Orange hosts all

Staff is compensated, which is made up of adults and high school students. The increase in the fee in 2021 was due to increased costs and additional staff due to the program enrollment increasing by 165%. Program fee is based upon the number of sessions. All registration fees go towards the cost of the professional instruction and procurement of loaner golf equipment. Flag Football Junior Division program fees go towards providing each team with uniforms, footballs, flags, kicking tees and any other equipment necessary for practice and game play. Fees also provided for on site personnel during games as site managers and scoreboard operators. Increase in 2019 due to transitioning from High School students as referees to carded adult officials. Flag Football Senior Division program fees go towards providing each team with uniforms, footballs, flags, kicking tees and any other equipment necessary for practice and game play. Fees also provided for on site personnel during games as site managers and scoreboard operators. Increase in 2019 due to transitioning from High School students as referees to carded adult officials. Program launched in partnership with the West Orange Chess Club to provide chess instruction to the youth of West Orange. Program folded due to low enrollment. Girls Pee Wee Basketball Clinic registration fee is determined by the number of sessions in the program. Proceeds go towards the necessary equipment to provide training and prepare players for the upcoming season as well as pay for qualified trainers and professional instruction. New program launched in Fall 2021 based upon the popularity of the Winter Pee Wee program and gets kids active again. Funds are used to purchase special size basketballs and pay for staff which is made up of professional coaches along with High School students who serve as role models. The number of session dates determine the fee for the Girls Fall Lacrosse Clinic. Program fee is dedicated to providing equipment to the players, tools needed for effective training sessions and items specialized to Girls Lacrosse such as goal crease area. Program was originally run by in house coaching staff but professional coaches were hired in 2018 resulting in raising of fee. Program discontinued due to competition with other Fall Sports.
