SECTION 2 Personnel Assignments For this project, GPI will perform the work in its entirety. No sub-consultants will be needed. All work will be done entirely within GPI’s Engineering and Surveying Departments. Muhammed S. Assal, PE, CME, Project Manager, will be responsible for the overall design, contract adherence, and overall project supervision. Mr. Assal is quite familiar with the Township of West Orange, having worked on several other Township projects in recent years. He will be assisted by Engineering Department staff members. Paul Szmaida, LLA., ASLA, Streetscape Specialist and Michael E. Pirog, EIT, Designer.
