Coordinate and attend pre-construction meeting; Coordinate with the contractor to ensure compliance with the final contract documents; Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; Review shop drawings; Provide construction observation services; Prepare progress pay estimates; Prepare punch lists required to be addressed by the contractor prior to close out; Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, © M9 NOARYN Coordinate with the Township and CDBG offices for reimbursement of the respective grant funding. Total Lump Sum Fee - $20,000.00 The above fee estimates are based on information provided to us by the Township. Should the scope of the project change requiring additional professional fees, we will detail same in writing and seek authorization prior to proceeding.
