Scope of Services SCE is prepared to provide the services outlined below, if authorized by the Township. * Pre-Construction kickoff meeting coordination. * Prepare pre-construction meeting agenda and chair meeting. Minutes will be prepared Review shop drawings. Address request for information (RFI's). Provide on-site construction observation during all critical phases of the work.
