Mike Mitchell- \Vest Ornnge Site Manager Prior lo Mike's employment with Reliable, Mike owned a trucking company that transported materials to different recycling facilities throughout the tri -state area. His company was an owner operator.to Reliable and he became familiar with the transportation of all materials within the Reliable network. In 2006 Mike joined Reliable as a site manager for the South Brunswick Facility where he gained valuable experience running a recycling facility. In March of2008 Mike became site mrnager in West Orange and is the person responsible for day-to-day operations. Mike has ;.1ccessfully completed the Compost Operators Certification Coarse. Joffre Jara- Yard Foreman Joffre has 12 years' experience working at the West Orange Facility. The first 4 years were with Nature's Choice and the balance with Reliable. Joffre is a conscientious young man that has a lot or experience with yard waste recycling and is a valuable member of the West Orange operations team. In addition to the management personnel listed above Reliable also has the necessary number of employees to operate the West Orange facility safely and efficiently as has been done for the past sev~ral years. Reliable has the depth of personnel to assure that the facil.ily will always be adequately staffed not only for the processing or'recyclable materials but also to assist West Orange residents with their individual recycling needs. Reliable also has been able to work effectively with West Orange Township personnel, including Messrs. Lepore and Salese, and the appointed independent monitor entity, DeFeo Associates, to meet the recycling goals of the Township.
