Coronis Health works closely with each of our clients to assist them with optimizing their chargemaster rates to insure they are charging the maximum fees acceptable for their geographic zone. On an annual basis, we consult with clients to establish a review of their chargemaster as it compares to peer operations and to optimize insurance carrier reimbursements. We also assist our emergency EMS clients to negotiate in-network agreements with insurance carriers as deemed expedient. It is not unusual to discover that our clients often fail to analyze their rates on a consistent basis, causing them to charge rated under the UCR rates their peers are charging. We place a major focus in monitoring average revenue per transport and we work diligently to improve upon top line gross revenue. WE MONITOR INDUSTRY ISSUES. Coronis Health prides itself on being at the forefront of information when it comes to industry trends and developments. We monitor changes in regulations and closely watch for any circumstances that may affect ambulance billing services, to include changes in rates of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and reporting requirements. We also communicate any such changes to our clients, and insure everyone adapts procedures necessary to conform to new regulations. We also offer, as part of our reimbursement rate, consulting services and recommendations to assist clients to meet industry best practices and improve revenue generation, customer service and all other key areas of performance. WE USE A HIGHLY SECURE CLOUD DATA STORAGE PLATFORM. The billing software utilized by Coronis Health employs Dimension Data Managed Cloud Platform to ensure that our client’s data is stored behind a multi-layer security system.
