Coronis Health employs the most reliable VoIP phone system available to ensure that both clients and patients will always be able to contact us. With datacenter redundancy, failover, disaster recovery and virtual PBX (Private Branch Exchange), we assure our customers that our call center is always up and running. Along with this reliability comes added security. We continuously work to measure and improve our internal quality metrics and meet with staff members regularly to notify and make improvements as necessary. Coronis Health also provides training to our customers at no cost. We offer billing educational programs, front-end crew documentation training, HIPAA compliance training, EMS practice management, Medicaid and Medicare medical necessity requirements training, operational and clinical advice as well as public relations training. All these training programs would be made available to the Township of West Orange staff as needed and requested. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND TRANSITION. The staff at Coronis Health takes pride in developing close working relationships with all our clients and should we have the privilege of being awarded the Township of West Orange contract, we anticipate working with the City to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities from them to Coronis Health. We envision fostering a professional relationship that continues long after the initial implementation as we work hard to gain the trust of the Township of West Orange.
