The Buyer warrants and represents that the Prevailing Wage Act (FOR FIELD LABOR ONLY) DOES apply to this project, and understands that I.S.E.’s price is based on this representation. We do not include prevailing wages for offsite fabrications by ISE, our subcontractors and/or vendors. GC is to provide legal access for I.S.E.’s crane and/or equipment. All obstructions to erection of steel such as piping, ductwork, wires, etc. are to be removed by others. Steel will be painted with one coat of our standard shop grey primer. This bid does not constitute an unconditional acceptance of the Owner’s or General Contractor’s proprietary contract or subcontract form. I.S.E. reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract or subcontract document and is conditional on I.S.E.’s proposal being incorporated into the contract before entering into a legally binding contract.
