WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $25,000 for additional work associated with constructing new tubular steel columns on new concrete footings along with a new concrete pad for the gazebo associated with the Ridgeway Park Site and Landscaping Improvements contracted to Scalora Brothers Inc., T/A Scalora Landscaping, 382 Lackawanna Place, South Orange, New Jersey 07079 be approved.
