Neglia’s responsibilities in the realm of this project included rehabilitation of Hamilton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end), Rutgers Avenue (b/t Hamilton Avenue and Mountain Avenue), and Princeton Avenue (b/t Park Avenue and the dead end). The intersection processes traffic from/to Route 80, local traffic, and commercial traffic. Services provided for this project included roadway mill and pavement, traffic signal improvements, curb and ADA-ramp installation, and traffic striping. Neglia also prepared a Local Traffic Signal Plan in compliance with the NJDOT, MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices), AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials), and County regulations and standards.
