Specifically, he has engaged in the design, regulatory permitting, review, and construction management of numerous development projects in both the private and municipal sector. Prior to joining the Neglia Group, Mr. Loverich was a Design Engineer at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC in Chester, NJ. His experience includes working ona variety of municipal, county and state engineering projects including roadway construction, water main construction, various sporting field designs, regional and local stormwater conveyance system improvements, as well as municipal planning / zoning board reviews for various project types. He has also worked on site engineering design for retail, mixed-use, residential, and commercial development projects. In addition to the above, Mr. Loverich has experience in preparing NJDEP Land Use Permitting reports for many of these projects.
