NEGLIA RICHARD CAPRIO, G.1.S.P., GIS Manager Mr. Caprio brings eleven (11) years of experience working with GIS, having joined the Neglia Group in January 2019. Prior to joining Neglia, Mr. Caprio worked as a Senior GIS Specialist for the Township of Montgomery and within the County of Morris’ GIS Division. Mr. Caprio is responsible for administering GIS databases, managing dozens of municipal, county, state, and private datasets, and directing the interactive and static map deliverables our clients use on a daily basis. Since joining Neglia, Mr. Caprio has increased data management support for existing clients and created reliable workflows to efficiently manage datasets in the Utilities, Roads, Tax, Public Safety, and Land Management sectors. Featured projects are: ¢ Created an inventory and maintain datasets of Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) sewer infrastructure throughout forty-seven (47) Bergen County municipalities and over 100 miles of sewer pipeline. e Researched and accurately represented zoning districts for the eighty-eight (88) municipalities within the New Jersey Highlands Council authority, spanning six (6) counties. e Oversee data collection and accuracy as part of Water Main Replacement and Lead Service Line Replacement programs with Veolia North America (Formerly Suez North America) in multiple municipalities. e Generate new digital tax maps for various municipalities across New Jersey and construct GIS parcels for efficient data maintenance workflows. * Designed interactive collection and calculation methods for a Road Paving Assessment in the City of Hackensack, NJ and provide interactive and static deliverables on a regular basis. (MAC URISA) PATRICK PROCTOR, CAD Manager Mr. Proctor has been with Neglia Group for a total of nine years. His 29 years of overall experience in providing support and coordination for a multitude of surveying and CAD-related projects has enabled Neglia to provide our clients with the attention they have come to expect. Mr. Proctor has a hunger for knowledge related to computer systems and computer-aided drafting and is eager to share this information with those around him, as well as the clients that Neglia serves. Mr. Proctor leads the Neglia CAD team and maintains and coordinates the field crew schedules. His leadership in this area enables a smooth transition from field collection of data to preparation of the final deliverable for each project. Mr. Proctor has created and maintains CAD templates and field coding to enable Neglia to work as efficient as possible while still providing a quality product.
