NEGLIA MICHAEL TOMLINOVICH, GIS Specialist Mr. Tomlinovich joined the Neglia Group in May 2020 after completing his studies at Lehigh University. Mr. Tomlinovich began working with GIS in 2016 while interning for Veolia North America (formerly SUEZ North America) and continued to develop his skills through interning at the Neglia Group before joining full-time. Mr. Tomlinovich responsibilities include building and managing of GIS databases and related county, municipal, state, and private datasets. Mr. Tomlinovich has contributed to the development of improved workflows of projects involving this data, most recently in the Utilities and Tax sectors, and the improvement of data functionality and visibility for public and private clients. Featured projects are: e Field collection and maintaining of datasets of Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) sewer infrastructure throughout forty-seven (47) Bergen County municipalities. * Data management and overseeing of Water Main Replacement and Lead Service Line Replacement programs with Veolia North America (Formerly Suez North America). © Mapping of zoning districts for the eighty-eight (88) municipalities within the New Jersey Highlands Council authority, spanning six (6) counties. ¢ Manage the creation of new digital tax maps for various municipalities across New Jersey and construction of GIS parcels for ease of data updating and altering. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science, Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA Professional Qualifications and Associations: e New Jersey Geospatial Forum © Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (MAC URISA) JOHN LOPRESTI, Crew Chief Mr. LoPresti joined the Neglia Group in 2018 and brings with him over twenty-two (22) years of surveying experience both in New Jersey and in the State of Washington. Mr. LoPresti was employed by Langan Engineering in the past few years. His vast knowledge of surveying instruments, data collection, and survey grade GPS equipment has set him apart from his peers and he uses this knowledge to manage and mentor his fellow survey team members. Mr. LoPresti has attended many continuing education courses in order to increase his knowledge and remain at the forefront of technology. He also keeps a 40 OSHA Certification and encourages

He also keeps a 40 OSHA Certification and encourages others to work safely on a daily basis. Mr. LoPresti passed Level 1 of the Certified Surveying Technician (CST) test in Winter 2020. CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT JASON R. MENZELLA, Director of Construction As Director of Construction for the Neglia Group, Mr. Menzella oversees day-to-day construction administration operations. His twenty years of experience includes a wide array of construction projects involving roadway reconstruction, construction of ADA curb ramps, asphalt milling and paving, sanitary and storm signals, bridge construction, athletic fields (synthetic and grass), playgrounds, steam cleanings, RFP- MORRIS ROAD, SUSSEX ROAD, AND HUNTERDON ROAD FROM WARREN ROAD TO WESTOVER TERRACE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Page | 35
