HESS, PE, PP, CME KEITH CHIARAVALLO, PE, CME We are pleased to submit our proposal for professional land surveying and engineering services for the MA FY 2024 NJDOT Municipal Aid Program. Based on our review of the RFP provided to our office, the improvements will include the following: * Proposed roadway profiles to match existing grades; e Roadway improvements including curb, sidewalk, aprons, pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement striping, new traffic signs and shade trees; e Curb ramp plans and details as necessary; e Drainage structure repairs with new frames, grates and curb pieces as necessary; «* New manhole castings, frames and covers as necessary. Repair existing manholes as necessary; e Pavement milling and pavement resurfacing; e Pavement striping; and, e New traffic signs as necessary.
