Prepare contract documents and specifications required for public bid in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. Detailed specifications will be provided for the items to be included in the contract. Twenty (20) sets of contract documents will be provided. d. Prepare a Construction Plan and Profile for the replacement of + 700 LF of 8” sanitary sewer main at Hunterdon Road from Tappan Terrace to Westover Terrace including all laterals servicing dwelling and utilities within limits along with construction details; and, e. Attend one (1) meeting with Township Officials for Preliminary Design. Summary of Fee Estimates We will provide the necessary engineering services as described above based upon the following lump sum fee amounts: - Phase | - Surveying and Base Map Phase.. - $32,000.00 ssesee $36,500.00 $68,500.00 — Phase Il - Design Phase Total Lump Sum Fee We anticipate completing the contract documents in three months from the time of authorization.
