Coordinate and attend pre-construction meeting; Coordinate with the contractor to ensure compliance with the final contract documents; Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; Review shop drawings; Provide construction observation services; Prepare progress pay estimates; Prepare punch lists required to be addressed by the contractor prior to close out; Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, Oe AO oO - © Coordinate with the Township and NJDOT Local Aid offices for reimbursement of the grant funding. Total Lump Sum Fee ..--- $50,000.00 Exceptions: e — Itis recommended that pavement cores be prepared prior to the design to identify locations where full pavement depth reconstruction is required. Our office has included in our fee obtaining quotes for pavement cores which would be authorized separately by the Township. e Construction Stake Out is not included in this scope of services.
